How we review and select candidates

All applications follow the same process: document review first, then an interview for shortlisted candidates. Final decisions depend on the applicant’s profile and Intinauta’s current needs. CV Template:

What you need to know before applying

No. Prior experience in aerospace or research is not required, because we guide our members throughout the process. We value leadership, commitment, curiosity, and willingness to learn. The selection process includes a document review stage and, for shortlisted applicants, an interview.

Membership usually involves around four synchronous hours per week, depending on the team and current activities. The monthly membership fee is USD 2.50, which helps our laboratories remain self-funded. Members gain access to training sessions, publications, materials, mentoring, and other opportunities. Fee exemptions are available for applicants with financial need.

Members may take part in internal projects, so confidentiality is important. Selected applicants may be asked to sign documents related to confidentiality and participation. For members based in Lima, we usually organize in-person meetings every one or two months. For international travel or major initiatives, we provide guidance to help members seek external funding.
